“ Everything was fantastic. The crabs were big hot and full. We got our usual fried calamari. Honestly I think it was the best we have ever had. One of the fun appetizers was the alligator bites. Really good! Ill try the frog leg next time. We also had snow crabs. They were cooked to perfection and full of meat. We ended the meal with a dessert. We were told peanut butter pie was home made. We are wishing we got one to go. We also got a tart that was equally as good. Instead of heading to Annapolis head west you wont be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised. ”
“ Emmerts Seafood... great people, good food, and nice service in a comfortable atmosphere. My family and I have enjoyed the crab cakes, fresh shucked oysters, cream of crab soup, stuffed shrimp, the Dayton Club, and frog legs. There are delicious homemade desserts, too. Have not tried the steamed crabs yet, but I know they will be as delicious as those that the restaurant owners, Lori and Jimmy, sold from their food truck. Cant wait for nice weather to sit outside on their patio and enjoy. ”
“ In my 68 years of eating in restaurants from holes in the wall to the Ritz Carlton, I have found this to be one of the best. I had frog legs, a dozen oysters, and cream of crab soup, they were the best Ive had anywhere. My sweetie ordered the seafood platter and cream of crab soup. Being a crab soup connoisseur she confirmed that it was one of the best. This is my new second favorite restaurant. My first favorite is a super fancy, super expensive restaurant in Baton Rouge. I was in the area yesterday and if Id had the time I wouldve stopped in just for the oysters. I will definitely be taking friends and family there for a fantastic gastronomic experience. ”
“ Everything was top notch, crabs were large, hot delicious. They accidentally gave our order to another table and gifted us 8 more huge crabs. Visiting family from Germany and it was their first experience eating them, as well as, Cole slaw, hush puppies and gigantic, incredibly delicious crab cakes. This place is super friendly, outside dining is like your back yard, which I loved. I will be going again and again. Ive told so many people about this gem. Very affordable for seafood. Great menu choices, server was excellent and friendly. ”
“ I went here with a friend since the new owners have taken over and wow what a difference! The crabs were delicious, heavy, and perfectly steamed. Over the winter I had a few mushy crabs, which was disappointing. Sam was our server and was attentive and friendly. We also got fried pickles, steamed shrimp 12 lb also steamed to perfection, and of course some cold beers! ”
